Birthday Parties
The Party Room at the Museum is a bright, cheery spot for that special child in your life to celebrate his or her birthday in an atmosphere designed just for kids. Assisted by Museum Explainers, you, your child and his or her guests can investigate all the wonders the Museum offers. There will be plenty of time to visit and try out all the hands-on exhibits!

A basic package costs $75 for up to 10 children. Each additional child is $4.50.
Museum members receive 10 percent off the basic price of the party.

After Hour Party Rates
$125 for up to two hours
$75 for each additional hour (additional charge for extraordinary clean up)
some exceptions -- occupancy limits enforced
extra charge may be incurred for extremely large groups

Sleepovers
The U.P. Children's Museum is proud to have held over 150 sleepovers since its opening. Groups are given the Museum to use for one whole night after receiving a short training and fire safety program. Sleepovers cost $150 for up to 10 children and $10 for each additional child. There must be one adult for every four children at the sleepover.
10% off all rates with Museum Family or Grandparent Memberships unless otherwise stated.

Ticket booklets
For our guests who come by the bus load, and do it regularly, we offer booklets of admission tickets at a discounted rate.
Book of 20 kids-only passes, $80
Book of 100 kids-only passes, $300
(Arrangement may be made for free adults depending on circumstances and groups.)

Dominos Pizza Night
Every Thursday night, $4.50 for a whole pizza (plus admission). Call the museum by 5:30 p.m. with the number that will be attending. Pizzas arrive shortly after 6:00. Please include a tip for the driver.

All parties must be prearranged by calling 226-3911.

Annual Museum Memberships
Family Membership ($100*)
Admission for two adults plus all children under 18 living in the household.
* Add your "in-home" babysitter for an additional $10 annually

Grandparent Membership ($125)
Admission for two grandparents plus all grandchildren under 18 and two additional guest admissions with each visit.

Playmakers Membership (free for families of need)
Call for info on scholarship memberships as funds are available
